Spend your summer holiday on the most beautiful Montenegrian beaches. This is what ATAS suggests:

ULCINJ
Over 2,000 years old, mixture of the Orient and the West. More than one-half of the Ulcinj Riviera's coastline are sandy beaches, dominated by the Great beach (13 km), the longest on the Adriatic, with a great complex of modern hotels. In the city itself is the Small Beach (650 m), a shallow bay with the finest sand one can imagine.

SUTOMORE
A tourist place with a large sandy beach. Its arc is fringed with numerous hotels, holiday resorts and houses.

PETROVAC
A little town with all the features of tourist centre. Idilic serenity of an oasis of tranquility.

SVETI STEFAN
A rocky islet joined with land by a narrow isthmus, like a cherry is joined with its branch. They call it a hotel town. But Sveti Stefan is much more! It has lovely little squares, narrow streets, small churches and houses in the classical Mediterranean style. The houses have been adapted into suites, but their centuries-old soul has been preserved.

MILOCER
Once the King's summer residence, Milocer is one of the loveliest little beaches on the entire Mediterranean. That's why people from the world of show business, outstanding businessmen and public personalities spend their vacation here.

BECICI
An obligatory stop. A garland of hotels, all of the highest category. A beach... 2.5 kilometers of golden sand in a long, long arc.

HERCEG NOVI
More than 600 years old. Its long and turbulent history is witnessed by numerous fortresses, palaces and churches. The Savina Monastery, almost a thousand years old, is a real treasury of artistic and cultural heritage. Herceg Novi has the greatest number of sunny days on the Adriatic.

BUDVA
Central town on the Montenegrian coast. The Old town is a small promontory encircled by ramparts, with two town gates - the sea gate and the land gate. Nearby are luxurious hotels and attractive beaches. The long sandy Slovenska Plaza beach extends almost to Becici, and the small and secluded Mogren Beach is so beautiful and precious that it is considered to be a real gift of nature.

TIVAT
You will be welcomed to Boka Kotorska Gulf by the town of Tivat. It is modern yet picturesque town with the most beautiful town park on the Adriatic. Over a long period of time the famous Boka seamen brought back a great variety of exotic species of trees and ornamental plants from their endless voyages and planted them in this park. Two eucharises growing in that park are the only such specimens on the Balkans.

KOTOR
Boka Kotorska is the most beautiful gulf of the Mediterranean and the southernmost fjord in the world, created by a natural composition of bays and gorges. It's central town is Kotor, a town which is story for itself. Kotor is a town with centuries of seafaring tradition and famous seamen, encircled by extremely well preserved ramparts. The interior, which one enters through three town gates, is a real cultural treasury of invaluable monuments.
